A 38-year-old from Midland is facing charges after crashing their vehicle into a utility pole
The driver is now facing charges of driving while impaired, failure to remain at the scene, and driving without a license.
The crash happened early Tuesday morning at around 12:15.
They’ll appear in court on September 1st.
