Charges have been laid in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision on Hwy 90 in Springwater Twp.
It happened on February 20th, 2021 where the highway intersects with George Johnston Road.
One of the drivers involved died and two passengers were hospitalized with serious injuries.
A 57-year-old New Lowell resident’s been charged with careless driving causing death and two counts of careless driving causing bodily harm.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Barrie court on September 27th.
