A Tornado Watch has been issued for areas across our region.
Locations under the watch include:
- Bracebridge – Gravenhurst
- Huntsville – Baysville
- Port Carling – Port Severn
- Town of Parry Sound – Rosseau – Killbear Park
- Barrie
- Collingwood
- Midland
- Coldwater
Environment Canada says conditions are favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms which may produce tornadoes.
Strong winds and large hail are also possible.
Be prepared for severe weather.
Take cover immediately, if threatening weather approaches.
The weather and watch are expected to continue into tonight (July 20th).
