The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is reporting 243 new COVID-19 cases and seven deaths.
Today’s update also includes six new hospitalizations.
22 people are currently hospitalized throughout the region with the virus.
213 cases have been resolved since the health unit’s last weekly update.
Updates now once a week on Tuesdays.
