The shortage of specialized baby formula is expected to continue through the summer.
Health Canada says that after a massive recall on the specialized formula back in February by Abbott Nutrition, there would be supplies in pharmacies this week, but they would be limited.
Abbott Nutrition is the company behind the brands Similac and Alimentum.
The recall happened after it was found that baby formula from their plant in Michigan was contaminated.
The affected formulas are for infants who have food allergies or medical conditions.
Health Canada says that regular formulas are not affected.
