An Orillia man has won a quarter of a million dollars with a scratch lottery ticket.
Douglas Rex-Graham won the $250,000 top prize with INSTANT CROSSWORD DELUXE.
The 56-year-old father said he plans to use his winnings to pay some bills, complete some home improvements and invest for the future.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Atherley Road.
