A vehicle being driven on its rim on Highway 26 in Collingwood has resulted in the arrest of a 49 year old man.
The OPP says the vehicle was stopped yesterday, when the accused, from Wasaga Beach, was taken into custody.
Police say as a result, Mauro RECCHIA, 49 years of age, of Wasaga Beach, has been charged with:
· Operation while Impaired – alcohol
· Operation while impaired – 80 plus
The accused has been issued a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and his vehicle has been impounded for seven days. He is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood, on July 5, 2022.
