Volunteers are needed to recreate historic times at the Huron County Historic Gaol.
County officials are seeking volunteers to help portray former inmates at the “Behind the Bars” event, throughout July and August.
Behind the Bars is an immersive tour experience that gives visitors the opportunity to learn more about life at the Gaol between 1841 and 1911.
Behind the Bars tours run every Tuesday and Thursday evening through July and August starting July 12.
Volunteers must be ages 12 and older.
