An E-Bike operator in Victoria Harbour is facing impaired driving charges.
The OPP says it was called on Tuesday afternoon about a man believed to be drunk who was attempting to get on the E-bike.
Police say officers located the suspect on Martha Street, where a 39 year old man from Tay Township was arrested.
