Some major construction begins in Barrie today.
The McKay Road and Veterans Drive intersection will be closed until approximately November 2023 for the construction of new infrastructure to support growth and development in the southeast section of the Salem Secondary Plan Area.
Detours will be in place for the duration of construction.
