Nominations are now being accepted for the 2022 Ramara Wall of Fame award and the new 2022 Spirit of Ramara award.
“These two awards are a great way to recognize and showcase our outstanding community members who show exemplary leadership, dedication and commitment to improving the quality of life for members in their community. Due to the pandemic, council put the Ramara Wall of Fame award on hold, so this year council wanted to ensure that individuals in the community are recognized for their efforts,” states Mayor Basil Clarke.
“This year, council added the Spirit of Ramara award to acknowledge and recognize community groups, organizations or individuals who have contributed to the betterment of the township through accomplishments or contributions that significantly enhance the quality of life and community spirit in Ramara.”
Nominations for the 2022 awards must be submitted by June 30th.
