OPP is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a driver that failed to remain at the scene of a crash.
The collision happened on Line 33 and Road 107 on April 18th around dinner time.
The vehicle they’re looking for was parked on the shoulder facing the same direction as the victim.
The victim reported that they came to a stop at the stop sign on Line 33 at Road 107, and when they started to accelerate through the intersection to make a turn, it accelerated down the shoulder and started pulling into the live lane. The victim collided with it and it subsequently fled the area.
The collision caused damage to the victim’s vehicle, but there were no injuries.
The suspect vehicle is described as a silver 4-door car. Police believe it will have damage to the driver’s side front door and wheel well area.
