Street sweeping and sand clean-up has started in Wasaga Beach.
The Street Sweeping Program will take approximately five to six weeks to complete all of the streets in town.
Motorists are requested to please slow down while travelling in close proximity to the street sweeping equipment and their operators, while residents are asked to NOT pile sand on the roadway, which cannot be picked up.
As the weather begins to warm up, Public Works staff in Collingwood will also be conducting its annual spring street sweeping and sod repairs.
