The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) reports 468 new COVID-19 cases today and five deaths.
Deaths include two men from Simcoe County β one between the ages of 45 and 64 and one over the age of 79, a woman from Simcoe County over 79 years of age and a man from Muskoka over 79 years old.
There are no new hospitalizations reported since the last update on Wednesday.
Currently, there are 18 people hospitalized with the virus in Simcoe-Muskoka including three people in ICUs.
