A child pornography investigation in Barrie has resulted in the arrest of a 59 year old man.
Police say the investigation began after they received a report of an unknown suspect downloading several images of child porn and investigators managed to learn the identity and residential address of the suspect.
A search warrant was executed in the city’s north end last week, where police say the accused was taken into custody and several other computer devices were seized for a complete forensic analysis.
