Eighteen charges have been laid, following a search of two Huron County properties.
Police say they executed search warrants on two properties: one on Charles Street in Wingham; the other a farm property on London Road, near Blyth.
Officers say they seized Hydromorphone-Dilaudid tablets and Morphine tablets with an estimated street value of $600.
According to reports, stolen property valued at over $95 thousand was also recovered during the searches.
A 36 year old from Wingham is facing seventeen charges, including:
- Altering/Destroying/Removing a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) – 5 counts
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – 3 counts
- Trafficking in Stolen Goods Over $5,000 – 2 counts
- Trafficking in Stolen Goods Under $5,000
- Trafficking in Property Obtained by Crime
- Fraudulent Concealment – 2 counts
- Fraud Over $5,000
- Possession of Break-in Instruments
- Fail to Comply With Release Order
A 21 year old Blyth woman has been charged with:
- Fail to Comply with Release Order
