A 30-year-old Penetanguishene man faces an impaired driving charge after a R.I.D.E. stop on Brunelle Side Road at Fuller Avenue in Midland.
OPP stopped the man at 12:44 am Saturday.
He now faces an Over 80 charge and was released from custody on a recognizance to appear in court on April 7th.
He also faces a 90-day driver’s license suspension and the vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.
