The 18th edition of Reel Stories by the Barrie Film Festival kicks off today.
It is taking place at Galaxy Cinemas on Commerce Park Drive and will feature nine documentary dramas inspired by true events.
Film-goers are being advised to purchase their tickets online in advance since all screenings are in-person with reserved seating.
