Police have identified the victim of a crash that resulted in a vehicle entering the Maitland River, south of Ethel.
First responders were called to a section of Ethel Line on Friday evening, after reports a vehicle left the roadway and entered the water.
The remains of the deceased were recovered from the river Sunday by search and rescue crews.
The deceased has been identified as 32 year old Jose Ariza-Gudiel of Huron East.
