Charges have been laid, after a vehicle ended up in the ditch on Highway 400 south of Port Severn.
A passing motorist called police about the vehicle on Sunday night, when officers located a Dodge Caravan along with an individual, who police say was investigated for drinking and driving.
A 22 year old man from Scarborough was arrested for failing to comply with a demand, while his license has been suspended for three months and vehicle impounded for the next week.
