The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is reporting 193 new COVID-19 cases today and no deaths
Today’s update also includes 3 new hospitalizations.
Currently, there are 28 people in hospital with COVID-19 across the region and 6 people in ICUs.
To date, 85 percent of the region’s over 5 population has received a first vaccine dose, while 81 percent has received a second.
52 percent of the region’s over 18 population has received a third booster dose.
