The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 87 new COVID-19 cases today and three deaths.
Today’s update also includes two new hospitalizations.
There are currently at least 42 people hospitalized with Covid-19 throughout the region.
8 people are in ICU in the region at this time with the virus.
To date, 85 percent of the region’s over 5 population has received a first vaccine dose while 81 percent has received a second. 47 percent of the region’s over 18 population has received a third/booster dose.
