The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is reporting 150 new COVID-19 cases today and two deaths.
Today’s update also includes three new hospitalizations – there are currently 41 people hospitalized throughout the region with the virus.
To date, 85 percent of the region’s over 5 population has received a first vaccine dose while 81 percent have received a second.
47 percent of the region’s over 18 population have received a third/booster vaccine dose.
