The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is reporting 185 new COVID-19 cases and no deaths.
There are 144 people hospitalized due to the virus in the region currently – today’s update includes four new hospitalizations.
To date, 86 percent of the over 5 population in the region has received its first vaccine dose while 82 percent has received its second.
47 percent of the region’s over 18 population has received a third/booster dose.
