The OPP has charged a Scarborough man with impaired driving offenses after a single-vehicle crash on Hwy 35.
It happened the night of January 15th.
At 10 pm, OPP was notified of a vehicle in the ditch in Minden Hills.
No injuries were reported, but a 29-year-old man now faces charges including failure to comply with a demand, Over 80, and having control of a vehicle with an open container of liquor.
The man’s driver’s license was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven.
He has a March 2nd court date set in Minden.
