A Midland man faces a list of charges after a vehicle struck the back of an OPP cruiser in Tiny Township.
Police say the cruiser was stopped at a collision scene on County Road 6 on Thursday, when it was struck from behind. The police car was unoccupied at the time and no one was injured.
Police have charged the driver with careless driving, driving under suspension, having the wrong plates and driving with no insurance.
A passenger was charged with failing to comply with a probation order.
