Canada’s Health Minister says more rapid tests are on the way.
Today, Jean-Yves Duclos confirmed that 140 million rapid tests will be delivered to provinces and territories this month.
“As requested by our colleagues from Provinces and territories, these tests will be allocated to them on a per capita basis,” he said.
Duclos says deliveries are already well on their way.
He says these are challenging times but they won’t last forever.
He urged people to continue to exercise caution.
