Due to overwhelming demand for booster doses, we are needing to prioritize our clinic capacity at this time.
While appointments are strongly encouraged, our clinics will accept walk ins IF we are able to accommodate for anyone needing:
- a first or second dose
- booster doses for those who are at least 168 days from their second dose and in the following priority groups:
• 50 years of age and older
• Health care workers
• Indigenous people and their 16+ household members
• Those who received 2 doses of AstraZeneca vaccine or 1 dose of Janssen vaccine.
Details:
- Must be a resident of Simcoe Muskoka.
- Both mRNA vaccines available.
- Individuals are encouraged to dress for the weather as they may be required to wait outdoors.
- Bring a health card, a list of medications and any assistive devices you may require (walkers, canes, etc.)
