The OPP says a man is dead, after his vehicle was found off the northbound lanes of Highway 400 in Severn Township, where it had struck a tree.
Police were notified about the accident about 1.5 kilometers south of Vasey Road by a passing motorist last night.
When officers arrived on scene, they found the vehicle with its lone male driver being pronounced deceased.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
The victim’s name has yet to be released.
