A 32-year-old Angus man has a court date in Collingwood scheduled after his vehicle left the roadway.
December 13th just before 5 pm, OPP responded to a collision call near Sunnidale Road and Wilson Drive.
Numerous witnesses remained at the scene and spoke to the police on their arrival.
Turns out there was no collision – the vehicle had left the roadway and the driver was arrested at the scene and was charged with impaired driving and dangerous operation of a vehicle.
The court date is scheduled for sometime in January.
