A 24-year-old North York resident’s facing an impaired driving charge in Parry Sound.
OPP investigated after a collision on Winnifred Avenue on Dec 6th and determined the accused had been drinking.
The man faces an Over 80 charge and is set to appear in Parry sound court on January 20th.
He is the 81st driver charged under Criminal Impaired Driving Laws in the West Parry Sound Detachment area in 2021.
