A 44-year-old Elliott Lake man faces impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle collision in Wasaga Beach.
The OPP responded to a crash on Sunday morning at Mosley Street near Puccini Drive.
Police say they found the driver with signs of impairment. Mosley was closed for the investigation.
The accused was charged with Over 80, impaired driving, and dangerous operation of a vehicle.
He was given a 90-day license suspension, while the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
The accused now has a court date on December 14th in Collingwood.
