Over half-a-million dollars in damage has been caused by a fire in Huntsville.
It broke out at a home on Allensville Roads near Highway 11 on Saturday morning and with limited water sources in the area, it took firefighters several hours to get under control.
The occupants managed to safely escape and no injuries were reported.
Officials say damage is estimated at $600,000, while the cause and circumstances of the fire remain under investigation.
