A 29-year-old Gravenhurst resident is facing an impaired driving charge.
Early Friday morning OPP noticed a vehicle parked behind a commercial building near Muskoka Road 118.
Police engaged the individual and after investigation charged him with impaired driving by drug and possession of a Schedule 1 substance.
The accused is set to appear in Bracebridge court on December 28th to answer to the charges.
