The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is reporting 68 new COVID-19 cases today and 2 new deaths in its first update since last week.
19 of today’s cases are children.
Today’s cases also include 3 new hospitalizations and 34 newly resolved cases.
To date, 87 percent of the region’s over-12 population has received its first vaccination dose while 83 percent have received their second.
