Barrie police are appealing for witnesses to a crash involving a vehicle and a cyclist.
Police say it happened around 745 last night on Essa Rd. between Cumberland & Gowan Streets, and both involved parties failed to remain at the scene.
They say the driver fled, while the cyclist ran away on foot.
