The Town of Collingwood is hiring volunteer firefighters.
The job pays about 25 bucks an hour when training and over $30/hr when firefighting.
The regularly scheduled training sessions currently take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, while flexibility is required to be available to respond to calls for service during days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
The start date would be January 2022 and the deadline to apply is November 1, 2021.
