Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie has launched a new online 50/50 raffle to benefit its programs and services.
The first draw will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 27 and has a guaranteed jackpot of $5,000.
Fifty per cent of the prize money will go to the winner and 50 per cent will go to Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie for the services it provides to local women.
Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie provides assistance to women at critical life transitions of employment or re-employment. Their three cornerstone programs are the Professional Clothing Assistance Program, the Professional Women’s Group, and the Breakfast Club.
Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie works with women who are actively seeking employment, have scheduled job interviews, or have recently acquired a job or placement/co-op.
The non-profit also provides women with attire for court appearances.
The first raffle closes at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 27, and the draw will be held at 8 p.m.
Draws will be held on the last Wednesday of every month.
Ticket purchasers must be 18+ and in Ontario at the time of purchase. Ticket bundles range in price from $10 to $100.
