SMHDU Tues COVID-19 Update Includes 14 New Cases, 3 Children

The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is reporting 14 new COVID-19 cases today and no new deaths.

Three of today’s cases are children.

Today’s update also includes 40 newly resolved cases. There are 7 currently hospitalized cases.

To date, 85 percent of the region’s over 12 population has received its first vaccine dose while 80 percent has received its second.

New Cases Include:

3 Innisfil

2 Bradford West Gwillimbury

1 Orillia

1 Oro Medonte

1 Collingwood
