SMHDU Mon COVID-19 Update Includes 40 New Cases, 17 Children

The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU) is reporting 40 new COVID-19 cases and no new deaths.

17 of today’s cases are children.

Today’s update also includes 44 newly resolved cases.

To date, 85 percent of the region’s over-12 population has received its first vaccine dose while 80 percent has received its second.

9 Bradford West-Gwillimbury

5 Innisfil

5 New Tecumseth

2 Wasaga Beach

1 Collingwood

1 Bracebridge

1 Oro Medonte
