The minimum wage in Ontario is going up today.
It is increasing a dime from $14.25 to $14.35 per hour.
Each year, Ontario’s minimum wage adjusts for inflation.
The minimum wage rates for other groups in the province are also rising.
The student rate goes to $13.50 per hour, liquor servers will now receive $12.55 per hour, while the Homeworkers wage has become $15.80 per hour.
The pay for hunting, fishing and wilderness varies depending on the hours of work spent each day.
