Canadians may be feeling a bit like Bill Murray in the movie Groundhog Day, after the Liberal government won another minority.
With 338 seats up for grabs, the Liberals have won 158 seats as of Tuesday morning, but not enough for the 170 needed for a majority.

With a minority, that means the Liberals will once again have to find support from other opposition parties to pass key legislation and stay afloat.

However, there are also almost 800,000 mail-in ballots to be counted, starting today.
Erin O’Toole’s Conservatives are leading or elected in 119 seats.

Jagmeet Singh’s NDP are leading or elected in 25 and he congratulated Trudeau on his win this morning.

Yves-François Blanchet’s Bloc Québécois earned 34 seats, while the Green party dropped a seat with only 2.
