AGORA: Path of Light is now open at Blue Mountain.
Under the stars and on top of Blue Mountain, participants can follow a light trail featuring a series of interactive installations based on the elements of air, space, earth, water and fire and the newest feature, Armonia.
Armonia highlights nature’s keystone species from the smallest mushrooms to the predatorial wolf, all integral to the survival of their ecosystem. Explore, howl, stomp and speak to nature using the language of light.
The journey begins in the Blue Mountain Village with a starlit Open-Air Gondola ride to the top of the Niagara Escarpment. Guests can follow along Blues newest trail feature, Timeline, which is lit for night viewing and shares the history of Blue Mountain from Jozo Weiders arrival to today. Timeline’s history-telling is accompanied by a childrens story about Jozo and both tales lead the way to the entrance of AGORA.
AGORA tickets include one round-trip ride on the Open Air Gondola as well as the Path of Light experience. AGORA showtimes will run nightly from September 3rd to October 31st, 2021 (weather and conditions permitting).
Please wear walking shoes and dress for the weather as evenings can be cool at the top of the Mountain. Also, please bring a flashlight.
