
The Grey Bruce Health Unit reported six new Covid cases and two resolved ones on Sunday.
The region’s active known case load sits at 32. Hospitalizations are little changed from recent days: three Grey Bruce residents are admitted for care locally and one other is being treated outside the region.
The Grey Bruce Health Unit does not provide specific data in its daily Covid disclosure about whether new cases and hospitalizations are among unvaccinated people, which the provincial government started doing recently.
More than 222,200 Covid vaccine doses have been administered in the region to date.
Twenty Grey Bruce residents have died from the virus over the course of the pandemic.
The testing and case counts data released by the health unit on Sunday are reflective of a 24-hour period prior to 11:59 p.m. Saturday.
