South Bruce OPP are reporting a fatal collision in Brockton.
Police say on Sunday (August 15th) just before 8:30 p.m., they received a report of a single vehicle collision on Side Road 5, in the Municipality of Brockton.
Officers responded with members of the Brockton Fire Department and Bruce County Paramedic Service.
Police say a single vehicle had left the road, striking a tree. They say firefighters had to extricate the driver, who was taken to a trauma centre by Ornge Air Ambulance with life threatening injuries.
Police say one person was pronounced deceased at the scene. He has been identified as 28 year old Brayden Berberich of Brockton.
The road was closed for most of the night while police investigated.
