The Simcoe Muskoka District Unit is reporting 15 new COVID-19 cases today and no new deaths.
New cases include 7 in Barrie, 3 in Bradford West-Gwillimbury, 2 in Essa, and 1 each in New Tecumseth, Muskoka Lakes, and Penetanguishene.
Today’s update also includes 9 newly resolved cases.
To date, 80 percent of the region’s over-12 population has received its first vaccine dose while 69 percent has received its second.
