The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is reporting 12 new COVID-19 cases and no new deaths.
New cases include 5 in Barrie, 4 in Bradford West-Gwillimbury, 2 in Essa, and 1 in Ramara.
Today’s update also includes 2 newly resolved cases.
To date, 79 percent of the region’s Over-12 population has received their first vaccine dose while 69 percent have received two.
