The Grey Bruce Health Unit reported 18 new Covid cases and 12 resolved ones on Sunday.
According to Public Health, seven people from Owen Sound, five folks from each of Hanover and West Grey, and a Saugeen First Nation resident tested positive.
The region’s active known case load increased to 181. Nine Grey Bruce residents are hospitalized locally and three others are receiving care outside the area.
More than 204,000 Covid vaccine doses have been administered in the region to date.
Fourteen Grey Bruce residents have died from the virus over the course of the pandemic.
The testing and case counts data released by the health unit on Sunday are reflective of a 24-hour period prior to 11:59 p.m. Saturday.
