Bombers Update
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League will be allowed 100 per cent fan capacity for their home opener on August 5th against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats,
Manitoba health authorities announced that fans will be required to be fully vaccinated in order to attend.
IG Field in Winnipeg has a capacity of 33,500.
Fans For TFC & DC Montreal
Toronto FC and CF Montreal have been approved to play at home this weekend, with a limited number of fans in the stands.
American MLS teams may only bring fully vaccinated players to Canada.
Major League Soccer explained that the Vancouver Whitecaps would remain in the United States for the time being.
Toronto will host Orlando City on Saturday and the New York Red Bulls next Wednesday at BMO Field while Montreal entertains FC Cincinnati on Saturday at Saputo Stadium.
