The City of Owen Sound says it will not text you about its current citizen satisfaction survey.
A release issued this afternoon from the City, just two days after the survey began says, “If you have received a call or text from ‘Tell City Hall’ to complete a survey, please note that this organization is not affiliated with the City of Owen Sound or Forum Research Inc.”
The City says calls to participate in the Owen Sound Citizen Satisfaction Survey from Forum Research will appear as a 1-800 number on your call display, and will not include follow-up text messages.
The City has partnered with Forum Research Inc to conduct a statistically relevant Citizen Satisfaction Survey between July 12 and July 30. The City says it takes about 15 minutes to complete and is strictly confidential, anonymous, and voluntary.
